Many thanks to you all at Master Resource for getting two of my blog post links out to an even wider reading audience than John Droz’s sizable newsletter audience. Regarding the last two links at the end of the above list, the propagandists reporting the climate news lauded the Nov 25, 2025-filed “Kennedy v Exxon” lawsuit as a novel new one that is a class action effort, as opposed to the standard “ExxonKnew” series of lawsuits whicht mostly have state / city / county plaintiffs. But as I detail in my dissection of that one, it has all the appearance in the world of being nothing more than one containing outright plagiarized content from other supposedly unrelated lawsuits.

With regard to the Dec 9-filed “Casquejo v Shell” making its debut in the UK High Court, I can’t yet find the official lawsuit filing since the UK court system is a little more shy about sharing such things than the US system. I do have eyes in the UK on the lookout for it, and if it turns out to be the 39th “ExxonKnew” lawsuit falsely accusing skeptic scientist Dr Willie Soon of taking Exxon bribes . . . . that lawsuit may find itself in a wee spot of trouble.
