With the nation's second highest unemployment, and most enormous budget deficit, the last thing California needs is a Quixotic law that tilts against the anthropogenic global warming myth - in other words, accomplishes nothing - while accelerating the already ruinous flight of businesses and their associated jobs from California. California has already proven it can provide a toxic regulatory for business; in that regard, it has nothing left to prove.
