		<description>Nice compilation Rob! So, since everyone seems to agree about the need for affordable energy...why doesn&#039;t that seem to be how the behave in Congress? I know pols are pretty thick, but do they really believe their behavior &lt;i&gt;helps&lt;/i&gt; rather than hurts in this regard?</description>
