		<description>Cap and Trade was created as the allegedly &quot;market&quot; solution with which to fool the right (because we are supposed to be clueless or superficial apparently) into believing it could address AGW in a &quot;market&quot; way. The &quot;trade&quot; is not a market in the same way prices of subsidized products to not reflect market signals, only  more so, because the carbon market is entirely artificial, not merely distorted.</description>
