		<description>I have to admit $118 billion seems a little small to me in this age of Obama trillion dollar deficits.  It used to be real money even a year ago. Today, not so much. Obama spends $118 billion before breakfast. Apparently the rules of economics no longer apply to the United States of America.</description>
