US loses. China wins. Climate changes. UN wrings hands.

The Law of Unintended (but totally predictable) Consequences is reaffirmed.

The future is hydro (existing), geothermal, OTEC, wave energy, solar, wind, storage, extremely long distance transmission, remotely controlled equipment interruption, brownouts and blackouts; and, probably, cold.</description>
